Mission paint is the BEST!!!

They did a wonderful job from the first phone call to the last drop of paint! Extremely professional and detail oriented and very knowledgeable about the products they used as well that’s very important. I’m extremely pleased with the work. I have a newer home and I’m very picky. Not only is the room I had done beautiful but they stained my railing outside and fixed the wall in 3 of my rooms after a tv installer put 3m tape down my walls to hide a cord. They fixed my damage walls and they look new again. I’m excited for the next project. I hope this review helps the next person trying to decide. Mission Painting is the company to call when you need the job done right!

I am in the Army and my girlfriend and I moved to Fort Leavenworth in July. We bought a home built in 1908, so it needed a facelift. We needed wallpaper removal, wall texturing, and painting, throughout the entire home. We originally went with a local painter who could get us on his schedule immediately and for what seemed to be a "too good to be true" price. He and his crew came in and for three weeks made an absolute mess of the house. We ultimately had to fire them in the middle of the project and were so distraught at the state of the home and how disruptive the process had been. We were out thousands of dollars, weeks of unpacking lost, the walls looked horrible, and there was trash everywhere. It was overwhelming.

When searching for a company to come in and salvage the job, Mission's website articulated a set of values that convinced me that they were the right team. Ashley came in and provided an incredibly thorough, detailed estimate, complete with annotated pictures. This written estimate helped us understand the scope and pricing of the project and tailor it to our budget and needs.

Once we agreed to the project, we were assigned a project manager, Michael. Mission's customer service is top notch and Michael is a sterling example of that. Michael visited our house every day throughout the duration of the work and maintained constant communication. He worked diligently to ensure that we were impacted as little as possible during the project, helping us manage expectations as to workflow and anticipated completion date. During the final project walk through, Michael ruthlessly pursued perfection to ensure we got the end result we desired.

The crew, led by Dorian, were always polite and professional, protecting our home while they worked, and cleaning up before they headed home for the day. They did an incredibly thorough job and were extremely efficient. They even went above and beyond, repairing work that the previous company had messed up.

Overall, we are so thankful to Mission Painting for salvaging our project and turning a horrible situation into a beautiful start for our new home. The entire team is courteous and professional and they go the extra mile to ensure that the customer is satisfied. I cannot recommend them strongly enough. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Mission Painting. From the beginning, I knew they are very professional, organized and wanted to do a good job.  We got our estimate the same day. They are very reasonable with their prices. We were then assigned a project manager, Michael who alone was 5 stars. Tyrone and his crew did the painting.  Michael came daily, often twice daily.  He did a walk through with the painters and I every day when they got here.  He always wanted me to be happy. They went above and beyond to do this. I knew that if I had the smallest request to fix something, they would go the extra mile to make it right. Best of all...their "mission". Mission Painting and Home Improvements finished the exterior of our home today. We have renovated multiple homes and engaged with several painting companies over the years. This experience has by far beat them all. They are comprehensive from the bidding process through the prep (including power washing, sealing and light construction work); all the way to the final product. Their communication and professionalism promotes a strong sense of security and trust. The finished product is beautiful! We strongly recommend this company for all of your painting needs. Updating to 5 star … missed a star!  We would highly recommend Mission Painting & Home Improvements. We utilized their residential exterior painting and wood rot repair service, as well as deck power washing and re-staining in 2023. From start to finish everything was well communicated and they have a system in place that makes the process smoother and less stressful for the homeowner. We took advantage of the color consult/mock-up which helped in narrowing down and selecting a color scheme which turned out great and we are very happy with it. Our deck is 24 years old and got a much needed facelift. Tony was the site crew leader and they did a great job, always on task, and cleaning up at the end of each day. Austin was the project manager and he checked in daily with us and responded to all questions we had in a timely matter. We had extensive repair that needed to be done around a garage door, we were contacted, shown a video, and then Austin met us at the house site to discuss recommended plans of action and all associated cost.  We did a final walk thru at the end with Austin. Cost was competitive and everything itemized so you knew exactly what your project spend would be. We are very pleased with the quality of workmanship received and customer service. We will be contacting Mission Painting for an estimate for interior painting that is next on our list.
