- We will use submitted addresses to create a Holiday Lights Voting Tour for foster kids in the Kansas City Area.

- Foster children affiliated with the Global Orphan Project will be voting for houses based on three main criteria:
- Color
- Decorations
- Creativity
- Results
- We will announce results of the TOP THREE homes on Friday, December 18th.
